Customer Service

The following guidelines apply to all returns and exchanges:

·          We want you to be Happy!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) to us (pre-paid) in its original condition and packaging with your invoice # (upper right-hand corner of receipt), and we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling) to you. (Customer is responsible for all cost of freight to us).

·          All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

·           Altered, monogrammed, washed, soiled or worn items are not returnable.  All tags should be attached to garments. Except in cases where we consider products to be defective.

·          Shoes should be tested for fit on clean or carpeted surface.

·          All pictures and specifications contained on this web site are based on the most current information available. Empire Uniforms & Apparel, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in specifications and to discontinue styles without notice.
